Tillsonburg airport

Where I fly about once a month. Tillsonburg Ontario.
You can just see the two grass strips on the left. The nice thing about airports away from major city's is the ability to jump in the plane and take off without the delays common at major airports. If your paying for an hour you should be able to fly for an hour.

Hello again Onexplans group-
An answer to this piano hinge question:
> I was wondering if the piano hinge rod just gets cut flush with the end of the
> piano hinge or bent to keep it in place.
The answer is it depends on which piano hinge attachment you are talking
about. Most of the piano hinges will be cut 1 lug short of the end...tapped
into position with a short piece of hinge...and then drilled and retained
with a cotter pin. Others will be bent to 90 degrees and retained because
they are against another structure. Our advice is not to finalize any of
your piano hinge pins until you receive the prints telling you what to do
with them. The only plans anyone has deal with the tail surfaces which use
the short pin and two cotter pins. Bear with us we're almost done with the
plans!

Re: Folding wing paddles
Hello Onexplans group-
We are going through a couple of messages we received on the aileron
paddles. One of the supplied paddles will have an extra pilot hole in it as
supplied by the factory...which is fine because the paddle adjustor screw
does not contact the paddle in this location. (It contacts toward the leg of
the angle) Make the paddle look like the print and we promise all will work
out great.
Note that you CANNOT use the flat-to-flat layout for the inboard and
outboard paddle assembles because these sit at a 2.5 degree angle to each
other. If you do the assemblies per the full size pattern and stack-up
shown, these will work...do not make changes to the prints as it will lead
to rework downstream.
Also note that the Onex revision logs were updated yesterday. Please update
your prints per these logs before posting any new issues on this list...this
will lead to wild goose chases to those that already have these print
revisions noted.
