Carb Heat Box 
​For the Zenith carburator

I wound up designing my own box .The problem being space in the lower cowl.
The 2" flanges are from Aircraft Spruce.The flapper was riveted right to the bolt after grinding and filling a flat on it.
I will still have to modify the lower cowl to give it more room and make it easier to get the lower cowl on...they say fibreglass work can be rewarding.
