To each his own.I don't really care for the polished metal look,especially when you have fibreglass pieces,so I will be painting my Onex.

Pretty simple construction  for the arm rest.

I was able to rent a paint booth for $100 a day.I used to paint cars at the Ford motor company so was not afraid to tackle the Onex.
Required 3 days to complete. The outer wings and control surfaces were done in my garage at home.
Overall quit pleased with the results.
